Com.pl.i.t DX® Colon
The Com.pl.it DX® Colon multi-gene test encompasses genes with mutations linked to colorectal cancer. Analyzing many genes is crucial for devising a personalized therapy strategy for colorectal cancer patients.
It ascertains the molecular profile (gene mutations) of the tumor and the relationships among genes in instances of numerous mutations.
Identifies on-label pharmaceuticals that target either the mutant genes or the associated pathways.
It identifies variants linked to resistance against targeted medicines.
Advocates for off-label medications or treatments in clinical trials informed by the tumor’s molecular characteristics. This may be especially significant for people for whom regular treatment has been ineffective.

Results for Com.Pl.i.t DX® Colon will be provided within 10 business days following the receipt of the sample.
For the study of Com.Pl.i.t.DX® colon, we require the paraffin block from the tumor or, alternatively, uncolored paraffin sections mounted on slides (air-dried, not oven-dried). Specifically, we require four portions of 3μm and six sections of 10μm.
The specimen must be maintained at ambient temperature (25 °C). We advise including an ice pack in the bag throughout the summer season, ensuring it does not come into direct contact with the samples or papers
